Job Title : CNC Sales Engineer

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities :

• Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the market share of CNC products within the assigned zone.
• Develop and strengthen customer relationships and drive business development with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) accurately and ensure correct technical specifications.
• Plan and conduct regular visits to Machine Tool Builders (MTBs), retrofit partners, and end users.
• Increase product market share through close engagement with MTBs.
• Maintain excellent business relationships with end users and key decision-makers.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables, C-Forms, and TDS certificates within stipulated timelines.
• Gather, analyze, and report competitor and market intelligence to support business strategy.
• Promote product awareness through exhibitions, seminars, roadshows, and other marketing initiatives.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of all sales-related MIS reports.
• Coordinate with the application and technical teams to deliver complete solutions to customers.
