The role is responsible
- Ensuring loading the machines with coordination with Internal Team
- Ensure timely delivery of machined parts from Captive Center with quality
- Scheduling & Prioritization for loading the machines along with Captive Center planner
- Interfacing between Internal teams & Captive Centre
- Captive Centre Management and conflict resolution
- Preparing & sharing the Daily, weekly and monthly performance report (MIS)
- Managing the work allocation and capability enhancement of Captive Center
- Cost and process optimization in Captive Machine Center to meet lead time, quality and cost targets
Education
BE Mechanical with 3-4 years relevant exp / Diploma in Tool & Die / DME with 6-8 yr exp
