Company Description

We are seeking to appoint two National Sales Head with extraordinary experience in either large scale exhibitions sales or in large scale conference sponsorship sales

The candidate must be Highly experienced in sales and marketing of EVENTS and Revenue Generations through Exhibition Stall Sales or Conference Delegates Tickets sales.

The candidate must be Willing to work on Contract basis only with project sales success fees basis only.

ICEGlobal ECommerce Technology Pvt Ltd is a proven platform used by thousands of sellers across 20 cities in 14 Indian states. ICEGlobal (ICE 2.0) is transitioning to an online platform, allowing brands to launch or showcase their products, sell, or gain insightful data. The Unique Weekly Changing Expo model presents 52 opportunities annually for buyers to engage in eCommerce, refresh every week, and track brands via social media-like features, AR / VR, Web 3, Utility Tokens, and metaverse experiences. ICEGlobal supports both high-value goods sales and the Indian MSME sector, and serves as a launchpad for various successful brands.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) at ICEGlobal ECommerce Technology Pvt Ltd, based in New Delhi. The COO will oversee the daily operations, develop strategic plans, manage budgets, and drive growth for the INDIA GLOBAL EXPO 2026 – A Nation Initiative for INDIA 2047. Responsibilities include overseeing business planning, optimizing operational efficiency, analyzing financial data, and ensuring all activities align with organizational goals. The COO will also lead teams, foster partnerships, and ensure the successful execution of the global exhibition and conference.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales of Exhibition Stalls is a must
  • Experience in Sales of Conference Delegates Tickets is a must
  • Excellent Experience in Sponsorship Sales is a must
  • Strong skills in Business Planning and Operations Management
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and experience in Finance
  • Competency in Budgeting
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in eCommerce, global exhibitions, or large-scale project management is a plus
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
