Pastiche Energy Solutions Private Limited is a leading manufacturer of Lithium-ion batteries, driving innovation and sustainability in electric mobility and clean energy solutions. As we accelerate our growth, we are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Head to lead our sales strategy, expand our market presence, and drive strong revenue performance.

We are expanding our operations with a new 1.5GWh Manufacturing Facility for Lithium Batteries, specially focused towards Electric Vehicles, Energy Storage Systems, Telecommunications, Railways and other related sectors.

Role Overview

As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing robust sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability. You will lead a 4–6 member sales team, shape market development efforts, and position Pastiche as a dominant player in the electric mobility and battery solutions industry, across India and Overseas too.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans aligned with business objectives, including short- and long-term revenue targets, specially focused towards Electric Vehicles, Energy Storage Systems, Telecommunications, Railways and other related sectors.

Team Leadership : Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team of 4–6 members; set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Market Development : Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in the EV, renewable energy, logistics, and other emerging sectors.

Client Acquisition & Retention : Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders; lead negotiations and close high-value deals.

Performance Tracking : Leverage CRM tools and analytics to track the sales funnel, monitor KPIs, and improve forecasting accuracy.

Competitive Intelligence : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

5–7 years of proven experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably for Lithium Ion Batteries or Electronics Related Industry, within Batteries, Electric Vehicles, Inverters, Energy Storage, clean energy, or technology-driven sectors

Strong knowledge of Lithium-ion batteries, electric vehicles, or clean-tech products (preferred)

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Results-driven with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to achieving sales goals

Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting systems

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Master’s / Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology (Electronics, Electrical or related)

MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification (preferred)
