Requirements
- Contribute as a member of the team to derive actionable insights from voluminous quantitative and qualitative datasets
- Leveraging analytical tools for powerful data visualization (MS Ofiice, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Own and deliver high quality outputs , of the allocated workstream, timely to regional stakeholders with support from supervisors
- Generate comprehensive hypotheses / insights and prioritize solutions for the most pertinent issues using various tools and techniques. These may include industry research, presentations, data modeling , and other analyses
- Support and drive automation of analysis by leveraging tools on AI and advanced analytics
- Work well in a team setting ; Seek and provide actionable feedback in interactions
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor / Post Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.Experience :
Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience - exposure to management consulting and / or data analytics relating to market / business / consumer insights, preferably within Consumer Products / Retail industry domainsStrong communications skills , should be able to drive discussion / presentations with senior stakeholdersUnderstanding of analytical tools and techniques including / similar to Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI is mandatory; Understanding of Python, R, and SPSS would be a plusStrong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are requiredKnowledge about leading AI based solutions are a plusCandidates should possess excellent analytical, communication, and team player skills ; ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressureExperienced within Food / Beverage Industry and / or Global Business Services (GBS) organizations is a bonus!Skills Required
