We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales RSM Professional to drive sales of building materials by presenting products to Builders, MEP / plumbing contractors, and consultants . You will be responsible for identifying new clients, appointing dealers and distributors, and reaching sales targets for your designated area. This role requires a professional with a background in selling technical products, and fluency in both English and the local language.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Sales & Business Development : Make product presentations to builders, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) / plumbing contractors, and consultants. Identify new clients, and appoint new dealers and distributors to expand the customer base.
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Reach sales targets and goals for your area. Develop sales strategies and set targets for yourself and your team.
- Team Management : Monitor your team's performance and motivate them to achieve their targets.
- Client & Market Management : Maintain and expand relationships with existing and new customers. Handle major customer accounts personally. Collect customer feedback and conduct market research.
- Competitor Analysis : Stay up-to-date with information about competitors and their products.
Skills Required
A minimum of 5-15 years of experience in sales within the Building Material Industry .A background in selling technical products.Experience in working with builders, MEP / plumbing contractors , and consultants.Strong skills in sales planning and sales coordination .Fluency in both English and the local language.QUALIFICATION :
Any Graduate, with due weightage given to candidates with a B.Sc, BE , or Diploma in Engineering.Skills Required
