• You ll work side by side with brilliant engineers and architects, making key technology decisions that power multi-tenant, high-concurrency, low-latency, and secure data access . You ll own the entire stack architecture, development, deployment, sustainability, and production operations and ensure it performs at its peak.
• As a technical leader, you ll drive code quality, performance, and best practices , ensuring every line of code is reliable, scalable, and production-ready. Beyond execution, you ll define and evolve the technical vision , build roadmaps that anticipate the future, and inspire your teams to push boundaries.

• Proven Leader : 3+ years leading high-performing engineering teams, balancing technical depth with people leadership.
• Builder s Mindset : 5+ years building SaaS applications in backend (Java / Go) roles, with a passion for hands-on architecture and coding.
• Organization Builder : A track record of assembling and scaling world-class engineering orgs.
• Global Collaborator : Comfortable leading teams and working with customers across time zones.
• Customer-Obsessed : You've directly influenced customer satisfaction and know what it takes to deliver mission-critical, customer-facing software.
• Performance-Driven : Skilled in building data-intensive, low-latency systems that deliver seamless user experiences.
• Battle-Tested : Strong command of managing production incidents and leading effective on-call rotations.
• Technically Grounded : BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
