Management Trainee - SCM (Inventory Planning)

We are inviting applications for the role of - Management Trainee, SCM Inventory Audits

We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Performing DC specific inventory reconciliations between the physical readings and ERP system

Establishing good communication channel between production plant & distribution centers and 3

rd

party sites

Identify, research, and drive timely resolution of reconciling items, EDI transmission errors

Ensure the Service Level Agreement / Key Performance Indicators are met promptly.

Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting on the Volumes is reconciled and presented back to the group

Understanding the drivers for the EDI errors and driving conversations to help address the issues with right root causes and the actions are put in place

Monthly / Quarterly close to help meet the business objectives for the customer

Communicate inventory discrepancies to client%27s group to ensure financial reporting is accurate

Tracking and reporting of inventory data along with fulfillment of audit requests and inquiries

Customer service support for any of the queries between 3rd Party and the client.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills :

Education :

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

Experience :

Relevant experience in Supply chain Inventory planning .

Skills & Abilities :

Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and clarity.

Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

Proficient in inventory management

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
