Job Overview :

NewsGram is hiring two entry level HINDI Journalists for our India office in New Delhi (Jor Bagh area). The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Hindi journalism, with 1-3 years of experience and good knowledge of Indian politics and current affairs. These roles involve researching, reporting, and writing compelling stories that resonate with our readers while upholding the highest standards of journalistic integrity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Research, report, and write in-depth news articles, features, and analyses on politics and current affairs.
• Cover assigned beats, including political developments, government policies, and socio-economic issues in India.
• Conduct interviews with key stakeholders, policymakers, experts, and other relevant sources to produce well-rounded stories.
• Stay updated on current events and emerging trends to pitch original story ideas.
• Collaborate with editors and the editorial team to ensure content aligns with NewsGram’s editorial standards and audience expectations.
• Fact-check and verify information to maintain credibility and accuracy in reporting.
• Contribute to multimedia content, including articles, opinion pieces, and potentially video or podcast segments.
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality journalistic output.
• Represent NewsGram professionally at press conferences, events, or other relevant gatherings as needed.
