Job Title : US IT Recruiter (Onsite)

Location : Manjeera Trinity Corporate, KPHB Phase 3, Hyderabad (Onsite)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven US IT Recruiters to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is perfect for both freshers eager to build a career in recruitment and experienced professionals (up to 6 years) who want to take their expertise to the next level. You’ll play a critical role in connecting top IT talent with exciting opportunities across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job boards (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, ZipRecruiter, etc.), networking, and internal databases.

Understand client job requirements and match candidates accordingly.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding.

Work closely with Account Managers to ensure timely delivery of candidates.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and consultants.

Maintain accurate records in ATS and daily trackers.

Requirements

Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in US IT Staffing are welcome.

For experienced candidates : 1–6 years in US IT Recruitment, with knowledge of W2, C2C, H1B, OPT, and GC hiring.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in night shifts (US EST / PST timings) .

Strong negotiation skills and a people-first mindset.
