Role Overview :

We are looking for a Education Counsellor with experience in EdTech or academic counselling. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and passionate about guiding students in choosing the right career options. Key Responsibilities Counsel students on available courses, eligibility, and admission process. Handle inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and digital leads. Follow up with students and ensure maximum conversions. Maintain records of interactions and track admissions. Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission operations.

Requirements Experience : 2–3 years in EdTech / counselling / inside sales (education industry preferred).

Qualification : Graduate or above.

Communication : Excellent spoken and written English & Hindi.

Work Mode : On-site (Noida).

Working Days : 5.5 days (Sunday off, half-day Saturday).

Compensation :

CTC : ₹30,000 per month (excluding incentives) Incentives :

Hotel Management Courses : ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,90,000
