Student Development Advisor

The main objective of the CGC is to help students make informed decisions about their choice of careers. The primary goal of the person in this position is to help achieve this objective.

The person will be responsible for introducing the CGC to the parents and students of grade IX and have regular interventions with the students and parents from grade IX to XII. The person will help students by suggesting careers that match their abilities and background based on their interest, personality and skill. The person will be responsible to conduct and coordinate all CGC related engagements and events like career assessments, Walk the talk sessions, University visits, career fairs etc.

Key Responsibility Areas

1. Interact with students and parents from Grade IX to XII on a regular basis and capture one on one interactions.

2. Observe students in class throughout the year and record student wise observations.

3. Liaison with professionals and experts in various domains to conduct career talks.

4. Share timely data / monthly MIS with CGC, core office.

5. Ensure summer internship for each student of grade XI.

6. Ensure each student of grade XI and XII has written a MOCK SOP and MOCK SAT.

7. Conduct career assessment and analyze data student wise.

8. Liaison and interact with college / university counselors.

9. Attend various career workshops and events and be update about latest career trends and admission processes.
