Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and continuous improvement of contract intake and publishing workflows.
- Implement automation using Microsoft Power Automate and deliver insights through Power BI.
- Maintain, update, and enhance contract templates such as SOWs, datasheets, and change orders.
- Create clear written and visual content for Service Descriptions.
- Research existing agreements and programs to support reporting, compliance, and customer requirements.
- Automate contract lifecycle stages including intake, drafting, approvals, publishing, and communication.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve business processes and workflows.
- Develop dashboards and automation solutions to support contract operations.
- Manage the contract request queue and triage inquiries via Slack support channels.
- Collaborate with product managers to fulfill new contract creation or modification requests.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.4–6 years of experience in contracts, legal operations, or process automation.Exposure to high-tech or IT contracting environments.Skills Required
