Position Summary

The Manager, Education will be responsible for managing the education portfolio,  leading sourcing, due diligence, investment committee preparation, and portfolio management across key thematic areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a purpose-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is motivated by the idea of supporting social innovators using technology to transform education at scale.

Key Responsibilities

a) Fund Strategy :

Analyse the evolving education and ed-tech landscape in India and globally.

Lead sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio assessments.

Support the team in refining the funds investment thesis and focus areas.

b) Portfolio Management :

• Partner with grantee organisations on strategic and operational areas including product contextualisation, distribution strategies, monetisation, user acquisition, and outcomes measurement.
• Facilitate mentorship and ecosystem connections to help portfolio organisations strengthen their capacity and scale sustainably.
