Job Title : Admissions Counsellor – Office of Admissions

Experience : 3–7 Years

Reports To : Team Lead

Role Objective :

To guide and counsel prospective students and their parents through the admissions journey – from application to enrolment – by offering programme-specific insights, personalised advice, and seamless support.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Nurturing and Counselling

• Engage with qualified leads received from the telecalling team to provide detailed counselling about academic programmes.
• Understand student aspirations and recommend suitable programmes or schools.
• Assist applicants in uploading documents, and paying application fees.
