Power BI Tech Lead

Job description : Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled  Power BI Tech Lead  to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in  Power BI ,  Advanced SQL , and  Data Warehousing (DWH) , along with proven  team leadership experience . This role demands a hands-on leader who can guide a team technically while also managing deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of BI solutions using  Power BI
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
• Build interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to business needs
• Write and optimize complex  SQL queries  for efficient data extraction and transformation
• Design and manage robust  data warehouse (DWH)  solutions ensuring data integrity and scalability
• Guide and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts, ensuring technical best practices are followed
• Own project delivery, timelines, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business users
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting architecture and data models
