Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer / Analyst to design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions that drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and reporting, with the ability to transform raw data into meaningful dashboards and actionable Responsibilities & Report Development :

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Build and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and measures for business insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reports.

Data Integration & Transformation :

  • Connect, import, and transform data from multiple sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, Cloud sources, etc.).
  • Collaborate with IT / Data Engineering teams to enhance data pipelines and governance.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI datasets, workspaces, and security Collaboration & Support :
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
  • Provide training and support to business users on Power BI usage and self-service :
  • Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or BI Analyst with a strong portfolio of dashboards and reports.
  • Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query.
  • Strong skills in data modeling, DAX, and data visualization best practices.
  • Experience integrating data from diverse sources such as SQL Server, Excel, REST APIs, and

    • cloud services (Azure, AWS, etc.).

  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide user training and documentation.
