HIRING : Full-Time Junior Copywriter for Meta ads

What You'll Get -

Base salary : 40k / month + performance

Opportunity to grow into head copywriter / creative strategist role (1 lac a month base salary)

Your work will be used by eCom brands doing over $1M month and you will have a data backed portfolio

Weekly training on direct response copywriting and marketing fundamentals

What You'll Do and need -

Need to be creative and think out of the box.

Write engaging hooks and body that feels native to the platform and sells.

Should be able to understand and follow the brief and research provided by creative strategist.

Analyse performance data & iterate quickly based on KPIs (hook rate, hold rate, CVR)

Should be good with ai tools like claude and prompts needed to get the best copy out of it.

Should be able to meet strict deadlines
