Job Description :

The Tech & Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing production operations across enterprise data platforms.

This role demands hands-on expertise in workload automation, cloud data warehousing, Unix-based systems, and scripting for monitoring and operational efficiency. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow, system reliability, and timely issue resolution in a 24x7 production environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 3- 6 years of experience in IT operations, data warehousing, or business technology roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with TWS, Snowflake, Unix / Linux, and Scripting (Shell / Python).
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms and Data Warehouse architecture.
• Experience in production support, incident management, and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana,

Datadog).
