We are looking for energetic and persuasive Telemarketing Executives to drive delegate acquisition for our high-profile industry conferences. The role involves calling potential delegates, explaining event benefits, and converting them into confirmed participants.

Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential delegates from the given database to promote upcoming industry events and conferences.
• Explain event details, benefits, and participation process in a professional and engaging manner.
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure registration.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for delegate conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and responses in the CRM or Excel tracker.
• Work closely with the marketing and event teams to share feedback and improve outreach results.
• Support post-event follow-up and relationship building with attendees.
