Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with strong exposure to end-to-end hiring for product-based or SaaS organizations. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of modern technologies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to hire for niche and critical roles within tight timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 5–8 years of strong technical hiring experience , preferably in IT product or SaaS organisations.
- Solid understanding of VDI, cybersecurity, cloud, application development, and IT infrastructure domains.
- Proven expertise in sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search , and ATS tools .
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong stakeholder management.
- Ability to handle multiple mandates , prioritize effectively, and deliver within deadlines.
- Strong negotiation, offer-closing skills, and excellent memory for candidate tracking and role specifics.
- Experience working in fast-paced, mid-sized tech companies .
- Prior experience hiring for enterprise product or cybersecurity organizations is highly preferred.
- Understanding of recruitment analytics and dashboards.
Good to Have :
Exposure to employer branding, talent pooling, and hiring automation tools.Knowledge of competency-based interviewing frameworks.Roles & Responsibilities :
1. End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.Develop a strong understanding of the job requirements, tech stack, and team expectations.Create detailed job descriptions, interview structures, and competency mapping for all roles.2. Technical Hiring Expertise
Hire for mid to senior-level roles across VDI, virtualization, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, application development, networking, DevOps, and IT infrastructure functions.Screen candidates for technical depth, product experience, and cultural alignment.3. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
Use advanced sourcing strategies including Boolean search, GitHub / StackOverflow sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri , and internal ATS systems.Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for recurring and niche positions.Engage passive talent through targeted outreach and relationship-building.4. Negotiation & Offer Management
Drive compensation discussions, expectation alignment, and offer negotiations.Ensure smooth closure of offers with minimal dropouts.Maintain strong follow-up and candidate engagement till onboarding.5. Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Collaboration
Partner closely with hiring managers, tech leads, and leadership teams to understand hiring needs.Provide regular hiring status updates, dashboards, and market insights.Influence and guide stakeholders on talent availability, assessment strategies, and hiring timelines.6. Process Excellence
Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and hiring deadlines.Maintain accurate records in ATS and uphold data hygiene.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the TA process.7. Market Understanding
