🔰 Security Sales Executive – Abhith Manpower Services Pvt. Ltd. (AMS)

📍 Locations : Guwahati (Assam) | Noida (Uttar Pradesh) | Jaipur (Rajasthan)

🎯 Role Objective

The Security Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing service contracts related to security guard services and facility management . The role requires proactive field engagement, smart networking, and a consultative sales approach.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads across industrial, corporate, institutional, and residential sectors.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote AMS’s security & facility management services.
  • Prepare and submit customized quotations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company profitability targets.
  • Maintain and grow long-term client relationships through excellent service coordination.
  • Collaborate with Operations and HR teams for smooth service deployment.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent follow-ups and field visits.
  • Maintain client data, leads, and progress reports using Excel / CRM systems.

🧩 Skills & Attributes Required

  • Proven track record in B2B sales / corporate client acquisition (Security or Facility industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong market understanding of manpower outsourcing, security, and soft services.
  • Ability to handle clients independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional language will be an advantage.
  • 🎓 Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline) – MBA / PGDM preferred.
  • Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Servicing.

  • Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
  • Travel Allowance + Corporate SIM + Performance Bonus
