Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing technical solutions, and demonstrating how our automation systems meet customer requirements. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, preparing and presenting solutions, contributing to proposal development, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. The role requires a customer-oriented mindset, technical expertise, and strong communication abilities to drive sales and deliver value to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems, including PLC, SCADA, DCS, and IIoT solutions.
• Technical skills in control panel integration, programming, and automation technologies.
• Sales and negotiation abilities paired with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients effectively.
• Problem-solving skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with smart factory concepts and digital transformation strategies is an advantage.
• Experience in industrial automation or a related field; a degree in engineering or a relevant discipline is preferred.
