About the Role

As a Strategy Associate Manager (MBBS / BDS), you’ll play a crucial role in understanding NEET PG / FMGE aspirants’ journeys, gathering insights, and driving innovative initiatives to enhance learning outcomes and engagement.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Strategy Manager, faculty members, and cross-functional teams to innovate content, improve student experiences, and build faculty brands across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Contribution & Product Innovation

• Map student journeys and identify core challenges across NEET PG / FMGE segments (repeaters, freshers, FMGs).
• Propose actionable solutions for content improvement, app experience, and GTM strategies.
• Design and launch product innovations and pilot initiatives.
• Build dashboards and real-time feedback loops from student touchpoints (app, YouTube, Telegram).
