Strategic Planning & Execution
- Partner with the founder to define and execute strategic priorities, including new business initiatives, market expansion, and operational improvements.
Product Thinking
Apply a product-first approach to problem-solving, ensuring customer centricity and scalability in all initiatives.Go-to-Market Strategy
Lead GTM planning and execution for new products and services, including market research, positioning, pricing, and launch strategies.Cross-functional Leadership
Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to align on goals and drive execution.Business Analysis & Insights
Conduct deep-dive analyses to support decision-making, including competitive benchmarking, customer insights, and performance tracking.Founder Support
Act as a thought partner to the founder, preparing strategic briefs, investor updates, and board materials.Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills
8 to 10 years of experience in strategy, product management, consulting, or GTM roles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Experience in a startup or high-growth company is a plus.
