Role Overview
The Cluster Manager will be responsible for identifying high-potential locations
within the assigned territory, establishing new branches, recruiting skilled
professionals, and building a strong Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) network.
This role demands a mix of entrepreneurial mindset, leadership capability, and
sales execution expertise to drive the growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Branch Development & Team Building
- Identify the most suitable cities / locations within the cluster to establish new Wealthy branches.
- Set up branches with the right infrastructure and staffing, ensuring employees have relevant financial services experience.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members, fostering a culture of accountability and achievement.
- IFA Network Expansion
- Grow the IFA network by recruiting experienced ARN holders and onboarding new entrants by helping them obtain ARN licenses.
- Support IFAs in selling a wide range of financial products, including mutual funds, insurance, equity, and other investment solutions.
- Sales Process Implementation
- Execute the sales strategies and processes designed by the management.
- Monitor adherence to sales systems and ensure consistent pipeline building and client engagement activities.
- Training & Motivation
- Keep the workforce well-trained on product knowledge, compliance norms, and client servicing.
- Motivate and guide the team to strive for higher sales milestones and achieve recognition through awards and incentives.
- Performance & Growth Leadership
- Continuously track performance metrics for branches, IFAs, and sales teams, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Show entrepreneurial drive in growing the cluster's revenue and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and process improvements.

Graduate / MBA in Finance, Business, or related field.7–12 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or distribution business, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Experience in setting up branches and expanding distribution networks is preferred.NISM Mutual Fund and other relevant certifications are an added advantage.Skills : leadership,sales,management
