Job Title : Presales & Business Development Manager

Experience : 3–7 Years

Employment Type : Full-Time

Location : - Noida

Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Presales & BD Manager with hands-on experience in Presales, Lead Generation, and Business Development in the IT services domain. The ideal candidate should be skilled in identifying new business opportunities, preparing client proposals, and collaborating with the marketing and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development :

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, social media, events, and referrals
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and convert them into qualified opportunities
  • Drive new customer acquisition through outbound efforts – emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Engage with CXOs, decision-makers, and influencers to pitch Impact QA services

Presales Support :

  • Work closely with the technical team to understand service offerings
  • Prepare customized proposals, RFP / RFI responses, pitch decks, and solution documents
  • Coordinate and participate in client calls, demos, and follow-ups
  • Conduct competitive analysis to position the company’s offerings effectively
  • Sales & Marketing Collaboration :

  • Align with the marketing team to support lead-gen campaigns, webinars, and content strategy
  • Maintain CRM entries and reports related to sales activities
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field from B school or IIM.
  • 3–7 years of experience in IT services sales, presales, or BDM roles.
  • Proven track record of lead generation and sales target achievement.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, MS Office, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Understanding of SDLC, QA services, and software testing will be an advantage
  • Preferred Attributes :

  • Prior experience working in QA / Testing services or IT consulting firms
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment
  • Exposure to international markets (US, UK, Europe) is a strong plus.
