Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Actively listen to customer inquiries, understand their needs, and provide accurate and comprehensive solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Educate customers on products, services, and processes as required.
- Strive to achieve first-call resolution whenever possible, ensuring customer satisfaction.
