We’re Hiring : Fabric Sourcing Head – Apparel Manufacturing

Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Department : Supply Chain | Team Size : 10–15+ | Experience : 10–15 Years

Salary : Up to ₹25 LPA (Based on Experience & Expertise)

We’re looking for a strategic and technically strong Fabric Sourcing Head to lead end-to-end sourcing operations for our high-volume apparel business.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute fabric sourcing strategy across knits, wovens, denim & technical fabrics

Manage global vendor network across India, Asia & international hubs

Lead price negotiations , vendor performance reviews & long-term partnerships

Ensure timely fabric procurement for large-scale apparel production (36M+ garments annually)

Drive cost optimization , reduce lead times & strengthen mill relationships

Oversee fabric QC , inventory planning & ERP-based procurement tracking

Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 sourcing professionals

Requirements :

10–15 years’ experience in fabric sourcing / procurement , including 5+ years in leadership

Strong technical knowledge of fabric construction, costing & quality standards

Exposure to fast fashion / high-volume apparel setups

Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and data-driven decision making

Degree in Textile Engineering / Fashion Technology (NIFT, Pearl, or equivalent)

MBA in Supply Chain or Operations (preferred)

Compensation : Competitive and aligned with experience
