We’re Hiring : Fabric Sourcing Head – Apparel Manufacturing

Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Department : Supply Chain | Team Size : 10–15+ | Experience : 10–15 Years

Salary : Up to ₹25 LPA (Based on Experience & Expertise)

We’re looking for a strategic and technically strong Fabric Sourcing Head to lead end-to-end sourcing operations for our high-volume apparel business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute fabric sourcing strategy across knits, wovens, denim & technical fabrics
• Manage global vendor network across India, Asia & international hubs
• Lead price negotiations, vendor performance reviews & long-term partnerships
• Ensure timely fabric procurement for large-scale apparel production (36M+ garments annually)
• Drive cost optimization, reduce lead times & strengthen mill relationships
• Oversee fabric QC, inventory planning & ERP-based procurement tracking
• Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 sourcing professionals
