Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Store Incharge. The Store Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, Managing of Inward and Outward of materials; ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and handling customer service. Tasks include maintaining store cleanliness, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring effective communication within the team.

Qualifications

Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service

Strong Communication skills

Experience in Store Management

Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills including knowledge in computers and various software's.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in the Store / Warehouse management is a plus

Any Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
