Job Description

Develop and maintain detailed production plans and schedules in alignment with sales forecasts and resource availability.

Monitor production workflow and capacity utilization to ensure timely delivery of products.

Analyze production data to identify potential delays or bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure material availability.

Optimize manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Define project scope, goals, timelines, deliverers, and resource requirements.

Requirements :

2–3 years of experience in production planning control within Electronics manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel & google sheets.
