Job descriptionUnderstanding the concept of GT and MT operations and creating SO in ERP for supply Better communication skills in coordinating with regional sales team and understanding the requirements Analytical and Excel skills in preparing fill rate reports, forecast vs actual sales analysis, Stock blocking Analysis for GT and MT Understanding logistics operations, lead times, PO and invoice analysis and RTV analysis Inventory Analysis and extraction of reports from ERP software to compile and prepare Inventory report for Kolkata Warehouse Warehouse Outward analysis and understanding warehouse requirement and coordinating with HO team in acquiring and blocking the same Creating excel reports for fillrates across GT and MT business verticals on regular basis across all the orders, locations and across active range of SKUs Presenting and communicating the reports to Regional Sales Manager and Reporting Head Coordinating with business verticals and collecting RTV Stock after approval from management. Creating comprehensive reports including stock analysis and financial reporting Issuing Debit Notes and blocking the stock in appropriate locations and forwarding the same to HO after approval Generating and communicating the reports to finance and Warehouse teams on regular basis
