Trainer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver technical training sessions, both in-person and virtual, for internal and external audiences
• Plan and organize training sessions, ensuring all resources are ready
• Gather feedback from training participants and report results
• Develop hands-on training programs and materials, including tutorials, white papers, blogs, case studies, and best practices
• Collaborate with product and business teams to provide feedback on product usability, features, and technical content
• Support marketing, sales, and business development teams with technical messaging and training needs
• Work closely with local and global technical teams to support training initiatives
