Job Title : Trainer
Job Purpose :
To design, deliver, and evaluate effective training programs for employees, with a special focus on onboarding new products. The Trainer plays a pivotal role in ensuring staff are equipped with up-to-date knowledge and skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities (KRA) :
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions covering company procedures, skill development, and new product launches.
- Collaborate with managers to assess training needs and identify skill gaps.
- Prepare training materials (manuals, handouts) focusing on product features, applications, and best practices.
- Schedule and coordinate training activities so employees receive timely product knowledge.
- Facilitate individual and group workshops, adapting methods to diverse learner needs.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees as needed, supporting their professional growth.
Qualifications & Skills :
2+ years of experience in employee or product training, preferably within a multicultural organization.Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills.Proficiency in using training delivery tools (virtual platforms, LMS).Ability to quickly learn new product details and translate them into accessible training modules.Proficiency in a foreign language such as Japanese, Spanish, or German is highly desirable.Experience in delivering trainings to medical students or healthcare professionals is a strong plus.Skills Required
