Responsibilities

Full-cycle recruitment : intake sourcing screening interviews offers pre-onboarding.

Proactively source via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and Boolean / X-ray search.

Hire across Java, Python, QA / SDET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Mobile, Salesforce.

Maintain ATS data, recruitment reports, and compliance.
