Key Responsibilities :
Drive new business development and sales of IT services with a primary focus on US-based clients.
Identify, qualify, and pursue leads through various channels including networking, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions in areas such as AI, automation, e-commerce (Shopify), and cybersecurity.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure successful project scoping and handoff.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
Key Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT services sales or B2B business development.
Prior experience selling to US clients or working with a US-based company is a MUST.
Strong knowledge of software services and modern technology solutions, particularly in AI, automation, Shopify / e-commerce, and cybersecurity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working in US time zones for meetings, follow-ups, and client communications.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
