Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager – New Logos (US & UK) to hunt, accelerate, and close new enterprise & mid-market accounts. This is a quota-driven, full-cycle sales role with end-to-end ownership from prospecting to closing. The role is based out of our Noida office and involves travel to client sites in the US / UK when required.

You will be responsible for building a predictable new-logo pipeline, leveraging your existing buyer relationships, and working closely with leadership, solutions, and delivery teams to win new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and build a predictable new-logo pipeline for US & UK enterprise and mid-market accounts.
• Leverage existing relationships with decision-makers to shorten sales cycles and close deals faster.
• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Own forecasts, pipeline metrics, and CRM hygiene; be accountable for consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft solutions and close commercial terms.
• Represent the company in client meetings and industry events; travel to the US / UK for key meetings as needed.
• Track sales targets, present sales reports, and coordinate with marketing to discover new opportunities.
• Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued business growth.
