Job description
  • Understanding of Bureau and Non-Bureau policy documents
  • Reviewing and updating the MRC / Endorsement data into the client systems
  • Premium calculation based on available data
  • Contact relevant parties to obtain missing information (as necessary)
  • Responsible to handle high volume of transactions and identify scenarios demanding escalation to supervisor to avoid any escalations / complaints
  • Basic knowledge of Lloyd's and London market practices
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent data comprehension skills to read and carefully interpret business requirements
  • Basic knowledge of complete MS Office suite
  • Graduate with at least fifteen (15) years of education or diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 6-12 months of relevant work experience
