About the Role

We are looking for skilled Endpoint Engineers (L2 Support) with strong experience in managing and operating enterprise security devices and tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across multiple endpoint and security technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot, support, and optimize security operations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for endpoint and security infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot endpoint security tools such as SentinelOne and Carbon Black .
• Administer and support Aruba NAC , DAM – Imperva , and DSF – Imperva solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of security devices.
• Perform incident analysis, root-cause identification, and remediation.
• Ensure adherence to security policies, compliance standards, and operational best practices.
• Maintain documentation, configurations, and standard operating procedures for managed devices.

Required Skills & Experience

4 to 6 years of overall experience, with minimum 5 years in security device management and operations.

Proven hands-on expertise with :

Experience with additional security technologies preferred, including :

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
