About the Role
We are looking for skilled Endpoint Engineers (L2 Support) with strong experience in managing and operating enterprise security devices and tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across multiple endpoint and security technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot, support, and optimize security operations in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 support for endpoint and security infrastructure across multiple locations.
Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot endpoint security tools such as SentinelOne and Carbon Black .
Administer and support Aruba NAC , DAM – Imperva , and DSF – Imperva solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of security devices.
Perform incident analysis, root-cause identification, and remediation.
Ensure adherence to security policies, compliance standards, and operational best practices.
Maintain documentation, configurations, and standard operating procedures for managed devices.
Required Skills & Experience
4 to 6 years of overall experience, with minimum 5 years in security device management and operations.
Proven hands-on expertise with :
SentinelOne, Carbon Black (EDR)
Aruba NAC
Imperva DAM & DSF
Experience with additional security technologies preferred, including :
WAF, Network APT, Secure Web Gateway
IAM (PIM, RSA)
DLP, FIM, IRM
SIEM / SOAR
Active Directory and Web Application Security
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Educational Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent technical degree.
