We Are Hiring – B2B Sales Manager
United Descaler Private Limited is looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the sales team, guide them in daily activities, and ensure monthly and quarterly targets are achieved.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key clients.
Coordinate closely with the marketing team for smooth execution of promotions, schemes, and orders.
Prepare monthly performance reports and review the team’s output.
Requirements :
Experience 5-8 years in sales (pharma, nutraceuticals, personal care sector (cosmetics), chemical industry with good exposure to field operations.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and motivate the sales team effectively.
Good communication and negotiation skills to manage customers.
Ability to analyse sales numbers, review team performance, and take corrective actions when required.
Problem-solving attitude and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
