Job descriptionGrowth & Development Driving Top Line : Achieving expected sales target on consistent basis. Cascading the channel's strategy and key focus areas for the achievement of set goals. Renewal Ratio : Ensuring budgeted renewal ratio to be achieved by continuous follow up. Stakeholder Management Engage with Bank branchs in the city / region on a regular basis; share business insights, growth plans and new products / schemes in order to showcase organization credentials as well expand network Inform superior on critical issues / concerns involving other verticals; seek support on resolution Sales Planning Devise month wise strategy and weekly breakdown with the team; identify possible risks and derailers in achievement of the same; drive implementation of steps to tackle the challenges in the best possible way Market Study & Intelligence Gathering To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the Bajaj General Insurance Ltd brand and growing the brand Excellent inter-personal skills and person expected to have high degree of credibility in the local market.
Mandatory Skills : Industry Understanding & Competitive Awareness; Product Knowledge; Customer Relations; Sales Execution
Desirable Skills : 1.Good communication skills. 2.Flexible & adaptable to change. 3.Well versed with MS Office. 4.Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills. 5.Should be aware of the Local language.
Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate
