Job Description :
Internal Communication Management
- Support the internal communications strategy in conjunction with the Head Corporate Communications and various stakeholders
- Ensure organizational initiatives are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as quarterly employee newsletter or regular email bulletin communications.
- Draft communications for any new launches on behalf of the department and also responsible for the layout of content.
- Respond to feedback from stakeholders and adjust content of communications accordingly
- Responsible for suitable application of awards and collaborating with the concerned stakeholders for the applications
- Responsible for informing the developments / awards won of the organization, through regular communication
- Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization
Relationship Management
Liaise with various Departments for their communication needs and help them design and execute their communication goals for internal stakeholders. Coordinate with spokespersons and assigned SPOCs for validating content going out on internal employee newsletterTeam development
Participates in monthly and quarterly reviews with function head and own teamParticipates in selection process to identify right talent for the teamIdentifies and creates development opportunities, enhances domain knowledge and technical expertise for team memberEstablishes individual performance expectations for the team and regularly reviews performance
Education / Qualification : . Minimum 3-years of work experience in insurance industry . Minimum 3 years of work experience in communication field . Expert knowledge of communication and content creation . Must have overall understanding of internal and external communication . Expos
