Job Title : Digital Marketing Director - Programmatic Expert
About the Role :
We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional to lead our programmatic team and drive growth through media planning, campaign execution, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee media planning, campaign pacing, and optimization across various platforms.
- Define operational processes to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Identify bandwidth gaps and align hiring or redistribution with leadership.
- Serve as an escalation point for client-facing teams on delivery, performance, and troubleshooting.
- Translate business challenges into digital solutions through structured planning and media intelligence.
- Coordinate with account managers for actionable insights and regular performance reports.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through regular check-ins, proactive problem-solving, and strategic input.
- Manage and mentor a team across Search, Social, Programmatic, and AdOps functions.
- Monitor team bandwidth, performance, and resource allocation to maintain delivery quality.
- Lead onboarding for new clients from brief intake to go-live.
Requirements :
To be successful in this role, you will need :
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.Experience working with US and APAC clients.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, performance marketing, and best practices.Strong analytical skills, using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.About Us :
