Your Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and own the performance marketing strategy across all digital channels.
- Drive forecasting and performance reporting at leadership level.
- Build frameworks for continuous testing and optimization — from ad creatives to conversion funnels.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business and revenue goals.
- Introduce data-driven methodologies for attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of performance marketers, fostering innovation and accountability.
Requirements :
7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven success in scaling campaigns.Deep expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).Strong knowledge of CRO, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.A growth mindset : combining strategic vision with hands-on problem solving.Why This Role is Rewarding :
