Job description3-8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle PeopleSoft (HRMS, FSCM, or other modules). Proficiency in PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, etc.). Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and integration technologies. Experience in upgrades, customizations, and end-to-end implementations. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a hybrid work model. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience working in Agile project environments. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud or migration from PeopleSoft to Cloud is a plus

Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Oracle PeopleSoft Consultant with 5-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PeopleSoft modules and a strong understanding of business processes across Finance, HRMS, or Campus Solutions.
You will work on implementation, upgrade, and support projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid working environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle PeopleSoft solutions based on business requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement within PeopleSoft modules (e.g., HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions).
- Perform technical and functional activities including system configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide production support and troubleshooting, including performance tuning and issue resolution.
- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance activities.
