Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role located in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for prospective candidates. Additional duties include building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and improving recruitment strategies for better efficiency and effectiveness. The Recruiter will also ensure positive candidate experiences and handle recruitment documentation while adhering to company policies and employment regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
MBA / PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory.
Experience :
1–5 years of experience in recruitment (IT / Non-IT hiring or both).
Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
Experience handling first-level end-to-end hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle first-level end-to-end hiring for both IT and Non-IT positions, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source potential candidates through various online job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.), social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
Be well-versed with all major job portals, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools to attract and engage quality candidates.
Screen, shortlist, and evaluate resumes to ensure alignment with job descriptions and required competencies.
Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability, interest, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
Facilitate technical assessments, coding tests, and skill evaluations for IT-specific roles.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles across departments.
Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Stay updated with industry trends, market intelligence, and salary benchmarks to drive effective hiring decisions.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, company guidelines, and compliance standards throughout the recruitment cycle.
Deliver an excellent candidate experience through professional communication and timely feedback.
Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the organization as an employer of choice across hiring platforms and networks.
