Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Marketing & Planning :
Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with seasonal trends and sales goals.
Analyze local market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
Coordinate with buying and merchandising teams to align promotions with inventory and collections.
Retail Promotions & Campaigns :
Plan and execute in-store events, festive promotions, clearance sales, and product launches.
Collaborate with visual merchandising teams for impactful window displays and store layouts.
Drive localized marketing campaigns during peak seasons (e.g., Diwali, weddings, Pongal, Eid).
Digital & Social Media Marketing :
Manage store's presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.
Plan and execute digital campaigns including influencer collaborations, content marketing, and paid ads.
Track online engagement and analyze campaign effectiveness.
Customer Relationship Management :
Create customer loyalty programs and referral initiatives.
Leverage customer data for targeted marketing (SMS, emailers, festive greetings).
Conduct surveys and feedback drives to improve customer satisfaction.
Vendor & Agency Coordination :
Liaise with local advertising agencies, printing vendors, and event organizers.
Ensure timely execution of branding materials like standees, flyers, hoardings, etc.
Reporting & Budgeting :
Monitor marketing budgets, ROI, and provide weekly / monthly performance reports.
Analyze footfall and sales data pre- and post-campaign.
