Membership Sales Executive

Responsibilities :
- Prospect, identify, and qualify potential members (corporate, SMEs, professionals, institutions) across India and globally
- Present and pitch KCCI membership packages, benefits, and associated value to prospective clients
- Maintain a pipeline of leads, track progress, and follow up persistently
- Close membership sales and meet monthly / quarterly targets
- Onboard new members : guiding them through the registration, benefits, and integration process
- Maintain relationships with existing members to support renewal and upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing & communications team to develop materials (presentations, brochures, proposals) to aid in membership sales
- Represent KCCI at events, trade shows, webinars, forums to network and source membership leads
- Provide feedback to leadership regarding market trends, competitor chambers, gaps in membership offerings
- Provide periodic sales and membership reports & forecasts
- Work with cross-functional teams (events, policy, operations) to ensure members receive promised value and support retention
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree (Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field)2–5 years (or more) of experience in B2B sales, membership sales, businessdevelopment, or related rolesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales / target goalsExcellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skillsAbility to build relationships at senior / C-level (CXOs, business owners)Self-driven, goal-oriented, persistent with follow-upsStrong negotiation skillsComfortable with both outbound prospecting and inbound leads
